El objetivo principal de la presente contratación es disponer de un servicio de modelado de datos y diseño de base de datos Progress, así como instalación, configuración y gestión integral de bases de datos Progress. Dentro del objeto de la presente contratación se incluyen labores de auditoría y seguridad de bases de datos Progress, labores relativas a posibilitar la integración de bases de datos Progress con aplicaciones, réplica y recuperación de datos, Business Intelligence (Inteligencia de negocio) y almacenamiento de datos en entornos Progress, gestión de la capacidad de entornos Progress, gestión del cambio, codificación de scripts/aplicaciones y alimentación del repositorio de documentación técnica de Aljarafesa. El detalle, las características y la forma de prestación se encuentra contenido en el Pliego de Prescripciones Técnicas que rige la presente contratación.
