Description

El objeto del presente contrato es la prestación integral de servicios relacionados con gametos masculinos (semen de donante vivo) a través de un banco de semen autorizado, que comprende: • Banco de semen: obtención, evaluación, procesamiento, preservación y almacenamiento de gametos masculinos, conforme a lo establecido en la Ley 14/2006, de 26 de mayo, sobre técnicas de reproducción humana asistida, y el Real Decreto-Ley 9/2014, de 4 de julio, por el que se fijan normas de calidad y seguridad para la donación y distribución de células y tejidos humanos. • Transporte: suministro y entrega de las muestras en condiciones óptimas de seguridad, garantizando la trazabilidad y la viabilidad biológica, mediante empresas y sistemas de transporte autorizados. La entrega deberá realizarse en el mismo día de la solicitud, minimizando el riesgo de interrupción del procedimiento asistencial. • Formación del personal técnico: capacitación periódica del personal sanitario del Departamento de Salud Elche-Hospital General, en aspectos relacionados con el tratamiento, conservación, manejo y utilización clínica de las muestras, así como en protocolos de comunicación y coordinación entre el hospital y la entidad adjudicataria.
