El objeto del presente contrato es la prestación de los servicios de mantenimiento integral de los sistemas informáticos municipales y de soporte técnico a usuarios, así como de asesoramiento tecnológico al departamento de informática, garantizando la continuidad operativa, la atención presencial ordinaria y la resolución eficaz de incidencias en el Ayuntamiento de Camargo en todas sus dependencias y organismos adscritos. El servicio comprende el mantenimiento preventivo, correctivo y evolutivo, la asistencia técnica presencial y remota complementaria, la gestión de incidencias, el apoyo a la administración de sistemas, el asesoramiento tecnológico para la evolución del sistema de información y la atención fuera de horario para incidencias programadas o críticas. El contrato se estructura en dos lotes: - Lote 1 - Sedes Municipales: Prestación de los servicios de administración, configuración y mantenimiento de los sistemas de información del Ayuntamiento, así como la asistencia y apoyo técnico en tareas de evolución tecnológica y gestión informática. - Lote 2 - Aulas Telemáticas: Prestación del servicio de administración y mantenimiento de las aulas municipales de informática. Lote 1 - Sedes Municipales: Prestación de los servicios de administración, configuración y mantenimiento de los sistemas de información del Ayuntamiento, así como la asistencia y apoyo técnico en tareas de evolución tecnológica y gestión informática.; Lote 2 - Aulas Telemáticas: Prestación del servicio de administración y mantenimiento de las aulas municipales de informática.
