Description

Incluido en el artículo 17 de la LCSP, el objeto del contrato viene constituido por: el conjunto de cuidados destinados a enfermos, generalmente crónicos, que por sus especialidades características pueden beneficiarse de la actuación simultánea y sinérgica de servicios sanitarios y sociales para aumentar su autonomía, paliar sus limitaciones o sufrimientos y facilitar su reinserción social, prestados en un dispositivo que cumpla con la tipología de Centro Sanitario C.1.3. Hospitales de media y larga estancia, conforme DECRETO 2/2022, de 12 de enero, sobre procedimientos de autorización administrativa y requisitos mínimos de personal, de infraestructura, equipamiento y actividad de centros, establecimientos y servicios sanitarios de la Comunidad Autónoma de Extremadura.
