Description

El contrato tiene por objeto la prestación del servicio de asistencia técnica y gestión de la Oficina de Ayuda Técnica para Proyectos Europeos (OATPE) de la Diputación de Valencia. Dichos servicios de asistencia técnica especializada y consultoría para los municipios de la provincia, la propia Diputación de Valencia, así como cualquier entidad de derecho público en la que participe un municipio donde su papel sea relevante (en adelante “agentes clave”). El contrato proyectado es un contrato de servicios para la gestión y ejecución de una oficina técnica dependiente de la Diputación de Valencia que cubrirá la necesidad que tiene la misma para asistir y asesorar en la búsqueda, captación y gestión de fondos comunitarios para entidades locales, promover la transferencia de conocimientos vinculados a los proyectos europeos entre los técnicos y cargos electos de la provincia de Valencia, posibilitar la presentación de proyectos europeos en el que la Diputación de Valencia sea socio, o socio asociado, a la Unión Europea, y acercar y difundir Europa y los programas de financiación a la administración local. El servicio de asistencia técnica especializada y consultoría objeto del presente contrato será realizado por el adjudicatario desde sus propias oficinas/ instalaciones (telefónico, telemático, por correo electrónico y/o a través de la web de la Diputación de Valencia) debiendo también desplazarse cualquier miembro del equipo técnico adscrito, tanto a los municipios y territorios que así lo requieran, como a las dependencias de la Diputación Provincial de Valencia.
