The contract covers the transport of corpses ordered ex officio by the judicial authority so that autopsies, necropsies and forensic investigation tests can be carried out. Bodies are moved from the place of recovery or exhumation to the central or district sites of the Institute of Legal Medicine and Forensic Sciences in the province of Cadiz, where pathological procedures take place. Where applicable, the service also includes returning the body to its municipality of origin, always within the province of Cadiz. The service area covers municipalities in the judicial districts of Algeciras, La Linea de la Concepcion, San Roque, Jerez de la Frontera, Arcos de la Frontera and Ubrique, plus Rota, Sanlucar de Barrameda, Chipiona, Trebujena, Cadiz, San Fernando, Chiclana de la Frontera, Puerto Real, El Puerto de Santa Maria, Barbate, Alcala de los Gazules, Benalup-Casas Viejas, Conil de la Frontera, Medina Sidonia, Paterna de Rivera and Vejer de la Frontera.
