Será objeto del contrato a que se refieren los Pliegos de Cláusulas Administrativas Particulares Tipo (en adelante PCAPE) la prestación socialmente responsable y respetuosa con el medio ambiente de los trabajos relativos al servicio de LAVANDERÍA PARA LA RESIDENCIA MUNICIPAL CASA DE AMPARO Y ALBERGUE MUNICIPAL DE ZARAGOZA, RESERVADO A CENTROS ESPECIALES DE EMPLEO DE INICIATIVA SOCIAL según Pliegos de Prescripciones Técnicas (en adelante PPT) que figuran en el expediente y cuyo conjunto de documentos integrantes tendrá carácter contractual-----------------Atendiendo a lo dispuesto en la Disposición Adicional 4ª de la Ley 9/2017, de 8 de noviembre, de Contratos del Sector Público (en adelante, LCSP) y el artículo 43 de la Ley 11/2023, de 30 de marzo, de uso estratégico de la contratación pública de la Comunidad Autónoma de Aragón, este contrato adquirirá la condición de reservado a favor de Centros Especiales de Empleo de Iniciativa Social--------------------------------Se trata de un contrato de servicios por precios unitarios en función de las necesidades, de conformidad con la Disposición Adicional 33ª de la LCSP, que se define como aquel en el que el contratista se obliga a ejecutar el servicio de forma sucesiva y por precio unitario, sin que el número total de prestaciones se defina con exactitud al tiempo de celebrar el contrato, por estar subordinadas a las necesidades reales de la Administración-------------------------------TODOS LOS PLIEGOS QUE RIGEN ESTE CONTRATO (incluído el Pliego de Cláusulas Administrativas Particulares Tipo -en adelante PCAPT-) ESTÁN PUBLICADOS EN ESTA PLATAFORMA. TODAS LAS CLÁUSULAS DE ESTE ANUNCIO SON DEL PCAPE, SALVO QUE EXPRESAMENTE SE INDIQUE QUE SON DE LOS OTROS PLIEGOS.
