Description

El objeto del presente contrato consiste en prestar apoyo técnico a los Servicios Oficiales Veterinarios para la realización de los controles oficiales fundamentalmente en la inspección post mortem de los animales sacrificados en los mataderos de la Comunidad de Madrid. Del mismo modo, en función de la disponibilidad de recursos en cada caso, dará soporte complementario a las restantes actividades de control oficial, siempre y cuando dicho soporte no suponga incremento en coste económico y quede garantizado, en todo caso, el cumplimiento de la finalidad fundamental: Inspección post mortem de las canales. De conformidad con el objeto citado, se contrata el apoyo a los Servicios Veterinarios Oficiales en sus funciones de control sanitario de los mataderos a través de la figura de los Auxiliares Oficiales.
