El objeto de la presente licitación es la prestación de servicios de transporte aéreo regular sometido a obligaciones de servicio público en la ruta Menorca-Madrid, de conformidad con lo establecido en el Acuerdo del Consejo de Ministros de 27 de julio de 2018, por el que se declaran obligaciones de servicio público en la ruta aérea Menorca-Madrid, publicado en el Boletín Oficial del Estado de 1 de agosto de 2018 (en adelante, la Declaración OSP), modificada por la Orden TMA/499/2023, de 9 de mayo, por la que se modifican las condiciones operativas en las obligaciones de servicio público establecidas en el Acuerdo del Consejo de Ministros de 27 de julio de 2018, por el que se declaran obligaciones de servicio público en la ruta aérea Menorca-Madrid y por la Orden TRM/344/2025, de 7 de abril, por la que se modifican las condiciones operativas en las obligaciones de servicio público establecidas en el Acuerdo del Consejo de Ministros de 27 de julio de 2018, por el que se declaran obligaciones de servicio público en la ruta aérea Menorca-Madrid.
