En líneas generales, y para ambos lotes, los licitadores deberán tener en cuenta ciertas consideraciones al redactar sus propuestas, en base a la situación actual de Unión de Mutuas y su evolución futura durante la vigencia del contrato: implementar una infraestructura unificada de comunicación de voz y datos, integrando servicios avanzados como VoIP, comunicaciones unificadas y colaboración en la nube para mejorar la eficiencia operativa, modernizar y expandir la red de datos, incorporando tecnologías como SD-WAN para una gestión más eficiente del tráfico y una mejor adaptabilidad a las necesidades cambiantes, fortalecer las medidas de ciberseguridad, incluyendo la adopción de arquitecturas Zero Trust, sistemas de detección y respuesta ante amenazas (XDR) y segmentación de redes para minimizar vulnerabilidades, garantizar una interoperabilidad total entre redes de comunicación fija y móvil, mejorando la calidad del servicio y asegurando una transición fluida entre plataformas para los usuarios.
