Description

Procedimiento abierto ordinario El objeto del presente lote es la prestación de los servicios de telecomunicaciones asociados a terminales de uso individual, incluyendo telefonía fija, telefonía móvil, así como los servicios de datos en movilidad.; El objeto de este lote es la prestación del servicio de conexión principal a internet. La línea deberá estar redundada, siendo utilizada como la línea principal de la conexión de la APH.; El objeto de este lote es la prestación de un servicio de comunicaciones de Back-up en la conexión a internet. Esta línea de Back-up se instalará, preferentemente, en una ubicación diferente al CPD principal de la APH, aunque estará totalmente conectado por la red interna a este CPD principal y se convertirá en la ruta principal cuando la línea principal esté en falla.; El objeto de este lote es la prestación del servicio de seguridad en redes IT y OT de la APH, así como en los elementos de usuarios y servicios de protección específicos. En lo que respecta a las redes IT, se proporcionará capacidad de protección a las redes de comunicación en configuración de doble barrera, así como a los contenidos puestos a disposición vía web y a la plataforma de correo electrónico.; El objeto de este lote es la prestación de servicios de interacción con terceros de forma multicanal. Deberán atenderse las llamadas de teléfono, de forma automatizada, y se pondrá a disposición de la APH un sistema de interacción multicanal (Whatsapp, RRSS, etc) para que la ciudadanía en general pueda interactuar con la APH.
