El ICO necesita disponer de una plataforma tecnológica integral, prestada bajo la modalidad Software as a Service (SaaS), que permita realizar el seguimiento continuo y la gestión eficiente del riesgo de crédito de sus operaciones durante todo su ciclo de vida. La solución deberá centralizar y automatizar los procesos de seguimiento, incorporando funcionalidades avanzadas para la gestión de covenants, la administración y valoración de garantías (Collateral Management) y la reclasificación automática de estados financieros (Auto-Spreading), con el fin de mejorar la calidad de la información, la eficiencia operativa y la capacidad de supervisión. Además, la plataforma deberá proporcionar una visión consolidada y actualizada del riesgo de crédito, facilitando la generación de alertas tempranas, la detección de deterioros crediticios y el análisis continuo de la solvencia de los clientes mediante tecnologías avanzadas de tratamiento documental y aprendizaje automático. La contratación resulta necesaria para garantizar una adecuada gestión del riesgo y asegurar el cumplimiento de los requerimientos regulatorios, prudenciales, contables y de supervisión aplicables al ICO durante toda la vigencia del contrato.
