El Instituto de Crédito Oficial (ICO) se encuentra en un proceso estratégico de transformación digital orientado a facilitar el acceso a la financiación por medios electrónicos y a mejorar la eficiencia, trazabilidad y estandarización de sus procesos. En este marco, se ha desarrollado un tramitador que permite a las empresas realizar solicitudes de financiación de forma no asistida y gestionar íntegramente los expedientes. Dada la relevancia y criticidad de esta solución para la operativa del ICO, resulta imprescindible garantizar su correcto funcionamiento, mantenimiento y evolución continua, asegurando adecuados niveles de calidad, disponibilidad y seguridad. Asimismo, se ha identificado la necesidad de acometer el desarrollo de nuevas funcionalidades y de ampliar las integraciones con sistemas internos y externos, con el fin de optimizar los procesos y mejorar la experiencia de usuario. En este contexto, y teniendo en cuenta la complejidad técnica de la plataforma y su desarrollo externalizado, se hace necesaria la contratación de un servicio especializado que garantice tanto el mantenimiento integral como la evolución de la solución, asegurando además la propiedad intelectual de los desarrollos por parte del ICO y la reversibilidad del sistema al término del contrato.
