En caso de interrupción del servicio ferroviario debido a incidencias por condiciones climatológicas adversas, averías en las instalaciones, etc. surge la necesidad de desplazar nuestros agentes y clientes. También en caso de averías de equipos de accesibilidad (ascensores) para desplazar a la estación accesible más cercana a los clientes de Movilidad Reducida en silla de ruedas. FGV no dispone de medios propios para poder prestar un servicio alternativo en automóvil para estos desplazamientos. Lote 3: Taxi Tram d’Alacant.
