Description

Con este contrato se pretende dar cobertura de los riesgos vinculados a la responsabilidad civil y contable que pudiera atribuirse al personal del CIEMAT por su actividad profesional. La cobertura se extiende, entre otras, a la asistencia jurídica y abono de los gastos judiciales, a la constitución de fianzas y a los daños a expedientes y documentos, etc. Siempre que la responsabilidad civil esté amparada por el Pliego de prescripciones técnicas que rige esta contratación y/o de acuerdo con las actuaciones profesionales recogidas en las leyes y disposiciones vigentes para el colectivo asegurado.
