El objeto de esta licitación es la contratación de las pólizas de seguros para la cobertura de los siguientes riesgos para la Universitat de Barcelona y las entidades del Grupo UB y se ajustarán a las condiciones y características detalladas en el pliego de prescripciones técnicas: • Lote 1 Todo riesgo de daños materiales • Lote 2 Responsabilidad civil general y patrimonial • Lote 3 Responsabilidad civil nuclear • Lote 4 Asistencia en viaje y movilidad para la comunidad universitaria • Lote 5 Accidentes colectivo del Servicio de Deportes para la comunidad universitaria • Lote 6 Accidentes colectivo para la comunidad universitaria Este pliego regula las condiciones, procedimiento y forma de adjudicación del contrato. El contrato, que te naturaleza privada, se suscribe con la Universitat de Barcelona como tomadora de las pólizas de seguros, por lo que se refiere a los lotes 1, 2, 3 y 5 a pesar de que parte de las coberturas se prestarán también a las fundaciones y entidades del Grupo UB siguientes: • Fundación Bosch y Gimpera • Fundación Parque Científico de Barcelona • Fundación Instituto de Formación Continua (IL3) • Fundación Josep Finestres • Fundación Colegios Mayores UB • Fundación Solidaridad • Fundación Universitaria Agustí Pedro i Pons • Fundación Guasch Coranty • Fundación Montcelimar • Cultura innovadora y científica UB • Fundación Privada R. Amigó Cuyàs En cuanto a los lotes 4 y 6 las pólizas las suscriben individualmente los miembros de la comunidad universitaria interesados. Las entidades aseguradas para cada cual de los lotes y las coberturas planteadas restan recogidas al apartado D y al Pliego de Prescripciones Técnicas. División en lotes: El objeto del contrato es divide en los siguientes lotes: • Lote 1 Daños materiales • Lote 2 Responsabilidad civil general y patrimonial • Lote 3 Responsabilidad civil nuclear • Lote 4 Asistencia en viaje y movilidad para la comunidad universitaria • Lote 5 Accidentes colectivo del Servicio de Deportes para la comunidad universitaria • Lote 6 Accidentes colectivo para la comunidad universitaria Clasificación CPV: (CPV-2008) de este contrato es 66510000-8 Servicios de seguros
