Constituye el objeto del presente contrato de servicios La presente contratación tiene por objeto la prestación de un Servicio de Vigilancia y Seguridad en los locales y terrenos de propiedad municipal, así como por actos y eventos cuya responsabilidad corresponde al municipio (Indicar según documentación correspondiente). La contratación se materializa en los trabajos que se detallan a continuación, constituyendo el objeto de cada trabajo una unidad funcional susceptible de realización independiente por cada uno de los departamentos afectados y con subordinación a las partidas reseñadas. - Seguridad y vigilancia del edificio municipal sito en Avenida Nueve de Octubre número 7 de Sagunto. Servicio permanente y continuo que cubre desde las 19:00 hasta las 07:00 horas durante todos los días del año salvo lo establecido en el punto sobre modificaciones en distribución puestos/horarios de los presentes pliegos. - Seguridad y vigilancia. Servicios puntuales de edificios y eventos, con presupuesto máximo y servicios en función de las necesidades de cada uno de los departamentos afectados, esto es, Policía Local, Deportes, Juventud, Mercados, Fiestas, Cultura, Turismo y Educación. Los citados trabajos se ejecutarán de conformidad con las atribuciones que figuran en el Pliego de Prescripciones Técnicas que especifica los datos básicos que definen y condicionan el objeto del contrato, las normas e instrucciones de carácter general aplicables y las prescripciones y recomendaciones que, sin tener este carácter, sean de obligado cumplimiento.
