Description

Conforme a lo establecido en la legislación de Prevención de Riesgos Laborales, el empresario (Gerente del Consorcio de Emergencias) tiene la obligación de adoptar una organización que se haga cargo de la gestión y desarrollo de la actividad preventiva. El objetivo es la protección eficaz de los trabajadores del Consorcio de Emergencias de Gran Canaria (en adelante CEGC) en materia de seguridad y salud. La finalidad de este contrato es la gestionar el correlativo deber de esta Administración en materia de protección a los trabajadores a través de la adopción de la modalidad preventiva de servicio de prevención ajeno (en adelante SPA). Por todo ello, se hace necesario contratar un SPA en las especialidades que exige la legislación de prevención de riesgos laborales.
