El objeto del contrato comprende la prestación del servicio de mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo, la realización de reparaciones, adaptaciones para la mejora de accesibilidad o eficiencia energética, reformas parciales y obras de adecuación necesarias para garantizar la habitabilidad o seguridad estructural de viviendas y edificios de viviendas propiedad del Ayuntamiento de Valencia. En definitiva se incluyen tanto las actuaciones de mantenimiento preventivo destinadas a conservar en adecuado estado de uso las instalaciones y elementos constructivos, como las actuaciones correctivas y de reparación, necesarios para la reposición o restitución de elementos dañados o deteriorados por el uso, el paso del tiempo o causas accidentales. LOTE 1 Servicio de mantenimiento y conservación de edificios de viviendas y viviendas de propiedad municipal gestionados por la Delegación de Vivienda.; LOTE 2 Servicio de mantenimiento y conservación de viviendas de propiedad municipal gestionadas por la Delegación de Servicios Sociales.
