El objeto de la presente licitación, el establecimiento de un Sistema de Clasificación Propio (en adelante, SCP), para la homologación de proveedores de servicios diversos de mantenimiento para flota e instalaciones de la Empresa Malagueña de Transportes, S.A.M. (en adelante EMTSAM), con el fin de garantizar la cobertura de las necesidades que puedan surgir en relación con el correcto sostenimiento de las instalaciones, maquinarias y equipos, así como de cualquier otro servicio necesario para el desarrollo de las actividades propias de la empresa. Dichas necesidades se atenderán mediante la prestación de servicios y suministros, conforme a lo establecido en el presente pliego y, en su caso, a las prescripciones técnicas particulares que se acompañen a las licitaciones derivadas del presente sistema. El presente pliego de condiciones constituirá un marco o punto de referencia para las adjudicaciones derivadas de este sistema. En función de su alcance o complejidad, las adjudicaciones derivadas que se convoquen al efecto podrán precisar la elaboración de unos pliegos específicos que definan con mayor exactitud las condiciones particulares administrativas, técnicas y económicas del suministro con instalación y/o servicio en cuestión. Los servicios y/o suministros a licitar deberán cubrir las necesidades de EMTSAM, pudiéndose agrupar en distintas categorías o grupos, en base a la posibilidad de servicio que puedan ofrecer los distintos proveedores
