Description

La Universidad de Cantabria tiene instalados distintos sistemas de protección contra incendios para la seguridad de sus instalaciones y edificios. Para el mantenimiento en adecuadas condiciones de estas instalaciones y para el cumplimiento obligatorio de la normativa que es aplicable (Documento Básico SI 4, “Instalaciones de Protección contra Incendios”, del Código Técnico de la Edificación y atender a lo establecido en el “Reglamento de Instalaciones de Protección contra Incendios”, R.D. 513/2017 de 22 de mayo), deben realizarse Operaciones regulares de revisión y actuaciones correctivas para corregir las averías o desperfectos ocasionados por el uso o el paso del tiempo. La Universidad de Cantabria no dispone de personal cualificado ni habilitado ni sistemas técnicos adecuados para garantizar la conservación y mantenimiento de las instalaciones de protección contra incendios ubicados en sus edificios y campus. Para ello, se considera necesaria la iniciación del procedimiento para la contratación de este servicio, que garantice el funcionamiento continuo y eficaz de las instalaciones
