Description

garantizar la correcta conservación y mantenimiento de las instalaciones térmicas y de climatización del edificio Velódromo Illes Balears. Se trata de un contrato mixto que integra prestaciones propias de los contratos de servicios y de suministros. De conformidad con lo previsto en el artículo 18.1.a) de la LCSP, la adjudicación debe realizarse conforme al régimen jurídico aplicable a los contratos de servicios, por ser este el tipo contractual que caracteriza la prestación principal del contrato.
