Description

El objetivo de este contrato es la prestación del servicio de mantenimiento que se propone para el edificio e instalaciones del CAPI de Vallecas, que pretende garantizar el correcto funcionamiento de los servicios de alojamiento y manutención de sus usuarios, garantizar la seguridad del edificio y maquinaria instalada, conservando sus elementos en condiciones óptimas de uso, respetando el medio ambiente y la eficiencia energética. Para ello se deberán llevar a cabo las siguientes acciones: • Realizar un mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo del edificio del CAPI de Vallecas y sus instalaciones. • Realizar todos los trabajos necesarios de electricidad, fontanería, pintura, etc. que se precisen. • Traslado de mobiliario entre sus diferentes departamentos, si fuese necesario.
