Description

Las actuaciones contempladas en el Pliego de Prescripciones Técnicas aprobado son las precisas para el mantenimiento de la funcionalidad de las siguientes presas y balsas de titularidad estatal: presa de Barrios de Luna, presa de Villameca, presa de Selga de Ordás, presa de Valdesamario, azud de Santa Marina, balsa de Matalobos, balsa de Santa María y balsa de Fontecha. Con el presente contrato se da cumplimiento al RD 264/2021, de 13 de abril, por lo que se aprueban las normas técnicas de seguridad para las presas y sus embalses, que establece como obligación del titular de las presas, en este caso el Estado, la realización de los trabajos de mantenimiento, conservación y vigilancia que sean necesarios para mantener los niveles de seguridad requeridos y garantizar la operatividad de todas estas infraestructuras.
