Description

Este acuerdo marco responde a la necesidad de gestionar con criterios de eficiencia las instalaciones de la Universidad de Sevilla (en adelante US), para el cumplimiento de objetivos institucionales en relación con el mantenimiento de los edificios de la US y al uso que se destinan. Incluye tanto las calderas como el resto de los elementos complementarios a la misma (dispositivos de seguridad y control). El tipo de calderas que se consideran pueden ser de condensación, de agua, de vapor, etc…). Las calderas pueden estar destinadas tanto a calefacción, como agua caliente sanitaria o a otros usos (por ejemplo esterilización). También se considerarán incluidas las analíticas del agua que sean necesarias.
