Description

El objetivo del Servicio es el de ofrecer el apoyo necesario a las personas en situación de exclusión social que han pasado por instituciones penitenciarias, ya sea para cubrir sus necesidades básicas (alojamiento, manutención, ropa, etc) o el apoyo profesional adecuado a sus circunstancias, con el objetivo de conseguir la plena reinserción social de dichas personas. Se trata de un servicio de acogida en la comunidad y tiene que cubrir las necesidades del usuario (si se el caso) y la de prepararle en su reinserción social, se le ha de acompañar en el proceso. Es decir, se tiene que hacer un acompañamiento y seguimiento intensivo a nivel individual y diferentes talleres a nivel grupal, así como también un trabajo de mediación y de acompañamiento a los recursos comunitarios.
