Description

La celebración del presente Acuerdo Marco tiene por objeto la prestación, a través de la Central de Contratación, de un servicio de apoyo técnico para el cobro de sanciones de tráfico, impuestas a titulares y conductores con domicilio fuera de España, cuya tramitación corresponda a las Entidades Locales y/o entes dependientes y además y opcionalmente, un servicio de apoyo técnico para el cobro en el extranjero de sanciones no tributarias ni urbanísticas a titulares no residentes en España conforme a lo previsto en el artículo 227 de la LCSP. Andalucía, Ceuta, Melilla, Islas Canarias; Galicia, Asturias, Cantabria, País Vasco, La Rioja, Navarra, Aragón; Madrid, Castilla-La Mancha, Extremadura, Castilla y León; Cataluña, Valencia, Murcia, Islas Baleares
