El objeto del presente contrato es la gestión integral de cinco centros de día (esta denominación se sustituirá por servicios de atención a menores infractores: SAMI) para la ejecución de medidas judiciales no privativas de libertad que corresponden a la AGENCIA DE LA COMUNIDAD DE MADRID PARA LA REEDUCACIÓN Y REINSERCIÓN DEL MENOR INFRACTOR (en lo sucesivo la Agencia), impuestas a las personas menores infractoras por los Juzgados de Menores en aplicación de la Ley Orgánica 5/2000, de 12 de enero, reguladora de la responsabilidad penal de los menores (LORPM). SAMI ( servicio de atención al menor infractor) que se configura como un modelo de intervención integral para la ejecución de las medidas no privativas de libertad y de realización de reparaciones extrajudiciales, para el apoyo escolar y con un programa especializado de atención a alumnos expulsados del centro educativo.; SAMI ( servicio de atención al menor infractor) que se configura como un modelo de intervención integral para la ejecución de las medidas no privativas de libertad y de realización de reparaciones extrajudiciales, para el apoyo al tratamiento ambulatorio de salud mental.; SAMI ( servicio de atención al menor infractor) que se configura como un modelo de intervención integral para la ejecución de las medidas no privativas de libertad y de realización de reparaciones extrajudiciales, con un programa especializado por consumo de sustancias tóxicas.; SAMI ( servicio de atención al menor infractor) que se configura como un modelo de intervención integral para la ejecución de las medidas no privativas de libertad y de realización de reparaciones extrajudiciales, con un programa especializado en prevención de la violencia de pareja en adolescentes.; SAMI ( servicio de atención al menor infractor) que se configura como un modelo de intervención integral para la ejecución de las medidas no privativas de libertad y de realización de reparaciones extrajudiciales, con un programa especializado por violencia filioparental y otras tipologías afines.
