Description

Concienciar a la ciudadanía sobre la necesidad de extremar las precauciones y evitar conductas de riesgo que puedan originar incendios forestales y, por tanto, dañar el patrimonio (paisaje, flora, fauna¿) que caracteriza Asturias como paraíso natural y promover la colaboración activa en la detección o denuncia de comportamientos que puedan desencadenar fuegos. 1. Estrategia general y diseño del concepto de campaña. El adjudicatario elaborará la estrategia marco y, a partir de ella, desarrollará el concepto creativo, con su identidad gráfica, lema(s) y línea narrativa. La estrategia guiará toda la producción y garantizará que la campaña sea modular, adaptable y activable a demanda según los distintos escenarios de riesgo y la evolución meteorológica. 2. Desarrollo y producción de piezas y adaptaciones. El adjudicatario deberá producir todas las piezas de la campaña que haya incluido en su estrategia, en los formatos técnicos finales correspondientes a los soportes donde vayan a difundirse, preparadas para su activación inmediata en cualquier oleada o escenario.; 1. Plan de medios flexible y activable a demanda. El adjudicatario del lote 2 diseñará un plan de medios adaptable estructurado en dos oleadas fijas (mayo/junio y octubre/noviembre), pero teniendo en cuenta un número indeterminado de posibles oleadas activables de forma inmediata en función del riesgo meteorológico u otros factores. 2. Ejecución, seguimiento y cierre de campaña.
