Este servicio comprende las siguientes tres macro actividades: 1. Análisis estratégico y diseño del marco de referencia del Programa de Partners: Incluyendo benchmarking de programas similares, taxonomía de partners a considerar, y la descripción de los procesos y manuales necesarios, así como el diseño de indicadores clave de rendimiento KPIs. 2. Diseño, desarrollo e implementación de una plataforma tecnológica: La plataforma tecnológica está destinada a dar soporte a la gestión y garantizar la escalabilidad del programa. Las subactividades de esta macro actividad abarcan el diseño funcional, el estudio e inclusión de los requisitos no funcionales y la entrega de una plataforma funcional en base a lo anteriormente descrito. 3. Prestación de una oficina técnica de soporte: Dedicada a la operación, mantenimiento y evolución del programa y de la plataforma (incluyendo el soporte funcional, canal de atención a usuarios, gestión del backlog de mejoras, despliegue de releases y mantenimiento evolutivo) durante un período mínimo de 21 meses a contar desde la puesta en producción.
