El presente contrato tiene como objeto el servicio de conservación y mantenimiento de las zonas verdes del municipio así como el mantenimiento integral de la Fase I del Parque Periurbano situado en la Calle Lebeche de Torre de Benagalbón, debido a la insuficiencia de medios personales y materiales en cuanto a plantilla municipal y recursos municipales que hacen imposible prestar el servicio en los términos debidos en el ámbito encomendado.
