Description

La empresa adjudicataria llevará a cabo el trabajo de montaje y desmontaje de la infraestructuras y elementos descritos en el apartado anterior, incluyendo en su caso la disposición o suministro de cualquier equipo auxiliar, elemento o estructura necesaria para garantizar el óptimo estado de funcionamiento de los mercados. Asimismo, seguirá lo establecido en la normativa y legislación vigente de aplicación. Para ello dispondrá del personal y maquinaria pertinentes para lograr la calidad exigida y la correcta ejecución. Cualquier trabajo de montaje y desmontaje, así como transporte, de elementos y equipos incluidos en el contrato de servicio, correrá a cargo de la adjudicataria, que dispondrá de personal competente para ello. De igual forma, la adjudicataria se encargará de prestar el servicio de asistencia técnica durante la celebración de los mercados siempre que sea necesario y así lo establezca el Ayuntamiento.
