Description

La Plataforma Solar de Almería (en adelante PSA) participa de forma continuada en numerosos programas y proyectos de investigación nacionales e internacionales, cuya adecuada ejecución exige garantizar la plena operatividad de sus instalaciones y equipos, así como disponer de personal especializado en la operación de plantas solares. En este contexto, resulta imprescindible contar con un servicio permanente de operación que permita atender tanto los programas de ensayo planificados como las necesidades imprevistas derivadas de nuevos proyectos de investigación. Además, determinadas instalaciones requieren funcionamiento ininterrumpido durante las 24 horas del día, especialmente aquellas que precisan procesos previos de precalentamiento o supervisión continua para asegurar su correcto estado y funcionamiento. Esta circunstancia hace necesario que el servicio incluya cobertura permanente mediante turnos de trabajo continuados. Del mismo modo, el elevado número y diversidad de instalaciones exige disponer de personal polivalente, con capacidad para operar simultáneamente distintas instalaciones y sistemas.
