Description

La prestación de los servicios técnicos, materiales y humanos necesarios para el mantenimiento de todas las instalaciones de alumbrado público del término municipal de Rojales, tanto existentes como las que en un futuro sean recibidas por el Ayuntamiento. El alumbrado público es un servicio básico en todos los municipios, recogido en el Artículo 26.1 de la Ley 7/1985, de 2 de abril, Reguladora de las Bases del Régimen Local, imprescindible para garantizar la seguridad y hacer posible el uso que actualmente se demanda de los espacios públicos de noche. Se consideran instalaciones de alumbrado exterior las que tienen por finalidad la iluminación de las vías de circulación o comunicación y la de los espacios comprendidos entre edificaciones que, por sus características o seguridad general, deben permanecer iluminadas, así como la iluminación ornamenta de diferentes zonas del municipio indicadas en los pliegos.
