La Delegación de Servicios dispone la necesidad de tramitar de urgencia el procedimiento de contratación del servicio de refuerzo de limpieza viaria durante la temporada estival de verano en el municipio de Conil de la Frontera, debido a las características turísticas del municipio. Conil de la Frontera es un destino turístico, el cual recibe un gran volumen de población durante la época estival de verano. Este aumento de la población turística, supone una gran carga para las infraestructuras relacionadas con la gestión de los residuos, como es la limpieza viaria.
