El objeto del contrato es la prestación de los servicios de limpieza y desinfección de las dependencias municipales y de los edificios y equipamientos que dependen del Ayuntamiento de Sant Andreu de la Barca, incluidos los espacios exteriores de los centros, el suministro de productos y materiales consumibles, y la recogida selectiva de los residuos originados. El objeto de este contrato se ha dividido en dos lotes, y las empresas licitadores podrán presentar oferta a uno o ambos lotes; así mismo, se prevé la posibilidad de presentar una oferta integradora, de acuerdo con lo que se establece en la cláusula 11 del pliego de cláusulas administrativas particulares (PCAP). Sus características son las que se detallan en los pliegos que rigen este contrato. Este lote comprende el servicio de limpieza de los centros escolares, así como del teatro municipal.
