Description

Constituye el objeto del contrato la prestación de servicios de limpieza en los inmuebles propiedad del Ayuntamiento de Murcia relacionados en los Anexos I y II del PPT adscritos a servicios educativos y docentes. El servicio de limpieza se prestará en todos los espacios interiores existentes dentro de la envolvente de los edificios o inmuebles, con excepción de las dependencias destinadas a instalaciones de servicios tales como electricidad, aire acondicionado, calefacción, gas y otras análogas. En el caso de los colegios públicos las dependencias vinculadas al servicio de comedor en exclusiva no serán objeto del contrato ya que la competencia en esta materia corresponde a la Consejería de Educación de la C.A.R.M. En el caso de las escuelas infantiles se excluyen del objeto del contrato las despensas y cocinas, así como los patios de recreo de los centros. En el Anexo II al PPT se detallan las escuelas infantiles que se integran en el lote
