Description

El objeto de este contrato lo constituye el Servicio de limpieza de los hospitales Montecelo y Provincial, pertenecientes al Área Sanitaria de Pontevedra y O Salnés. El servicio a contratar comprende las siguientes prestaciones: • La limpieza interior de todas las dependencias del Hospital • La limpieza del mobiliario y equipamiento • La limpieza de zonas exteriores • La recogida y evacuación de residuos • La recogida y evacuación de ropa sucia y el traslado y distribución de ropa limpia • Aportación de los materiales y productos de limpieza, desinfección y aseo necesarios • Aportación de la maquinaria, útiles y herramientas necesarios • Todas aquellas, complementarios de las anteriores, que sean necesarias para alcanzar la limpieza más idónea que corresponde a la actividad que se realiza en el Hospital. El alcance de las prestaciones del contrato se establece en el Pliego de Prescripciones Técnicas. El servicio de limpieza se prestará en ambos Hospitales (Montecelo y Provincial), tanto en sus interiores como en sus exteriores, con excepción de las siguientes zonas: cocina y cafetería. La limpieza de estas zonas se excluye del contrato por ser responsabilidad de los adjudicatarios de los contratos de los servicios de las cafeterías y de la cocina en el caso del Hospital Provincial, o por ser responsabilidad del propio personal de cocina, en el caso del Hospital Montecelo. La superficie objeto del servicio que se pretende contratar es de 86.257 m2 aproximadamente, resultado de las mediciones efectuadas sobre los planos de la edificación y en consecuencia, son superficies aproximadas. Las superficies (total, distribución del interior por zonas de riesgo y exteriores y viales) se describen en el PPT. La superficie a limpiar es, aproximadamente, 86.257 m²: • Hospital Montecelo 58.084 m² • Hospital Provincial 28.173 m²
