Description

Prestación del servicio de limpieza integral de forma respetuosa con el medio ambiente en las instalaciones propiedad del ICO utilizadas por el Grupo ICO (sede del ICO, Museo ICO y Archivo) para el correcto desarrollo de su actividad. El servicio de limpieza integral incluye el servicio de limpieza, DDD (desinfección, desinsectación y desratización), retirada de unidades higiénicas, así como de recipientes punzantes (generados en el servicio médico del ICO). También incluye el suministro e instalación y mantenimiento de contenedores higiénicos, productos consumibles higiénicos así como otros productos. Estamos por tanto ante un contrato mixto y dado que notorio que el servicio conforma el carácter principal del contrato, este será calificado como de servicio ex artículo 18.1.a) de la LCSP. Mantener los espacios de trabajo y resto de espacios en los que el Grupo ICO desarrolla su actividad, en unas condiciones óptimas de salubridad, higiene y seguridad.
