Mediante este contrato, se pretende realizar la instalación, conexión a las instalaciones existentes y la puesta en funcionamiento de los equipos de iluminación y sonido, necesarios para la celebración de cada una de las noches de actuaciones del Festival Internacional de Teatro, Música y Danza de San Javier, dando continuidad así como con los trabajos complementarios para su carga y descarga, consiguiendo así una infraestructura básica en materia de iluminación y sonido, adecuada a las características del evento. Se trata de un contrato de servicio puesto que el objeto del mismo consiste en la realización o desarrollo de una actividad dirigida a la obtención de un resultado distinto de una obra o un suministro. El Ayuntamiento de San Javier viene organizando varios eventos de carácter festivo o cultural, con presencia de público, que contemplan instalaciones que deben ser objeto de instalación y manejo por técnicos especialistas, para garantizar la calidad y profesionalidad del resultado pretendido.
