Description

Actualmente se está prestando servicios de vigilante de seguridad, sin armas, en el Centro Socio-Educativo Olivareros y del Centro de Formación y Empleo Al-Andalus, durante el horario de atención al público de dichos centros mediante la modalidad de contrato menor. La contratación de dicho servicio surgió de la necesidad de dar respuesta a los problemas de convivencia que las personas usuarias del Centro Socio-Educativo Olivareros y del Centro de Formación y Empleo Al-Andalus, reportan constantemente a los responsables del propio centro, con el fin de mejorar la convivencia en los mismo. Así mismo, y de cara a prestar un mejor servicio a la ciudadanía se hace necesaria la contratación de la misma figura para ubicarla en otros edificios pertenecientes al Ayuntamiento de Utrera. Esta necesidad no constituye una circunstancia puntual o temporal que se deba atender, sino que hace referencia a un servicio que se debe prestar de forma continuada en el tiempo y que atiende a la importancia que supone que el Ayuntamiento de Utrera cuente con unos servicios adecuados de seguridad y vigilancia en el Centro Socio-Educativo Olivareros, el Centro de Formación y Empleo Al-Andalus, sede central del Ayuntamiento de Utrera, Castillo y otros edificios de patrimonio histórico y cultural. Es por ello que es necesario tramitar la licitación del contrato de servicios de vigilante, sin arma, en el Ayuntamiento de Utrera para el Centro Socio- Educativo Olivareros, el Centro de Formación y Empleo Al-Andalus, sede central del Ayuntamiento de Utrera, Castillo y otros edificios de patrimonio histórico y cultural, que garanticen la vigilancia y protección de dichos bienes inmuebles, así como la protección de las personas que puedan encontrarse en los mismos garantizando los principios de libertad de acceso a las licitaciones, publicidad y transparencia de los procedimientos, y no discriminación e igualdad de trato entre los licitadores. Comprende los centros: Centro Socio-educativo Olivareros sito en calle San Diego de Alcalá, s/n y Centro de formación y empleo Al-Ándalus; Comprende únicamente la sede central del Ayuntamiento de Utrera; Edificios que comprende: Castillo de Utrera sito en calle Ponce de León, nº 8
