Aprobada la Ordenanza Reguladora de la Zona de Bajas Emisiones en el municipio de Valladolid, e instalado el sistema de control de acceso a dicha ZBE, se hace necesario asegurar que los sistemas informáticos y dispositivos relacionados, como las cámaras de control de accesos, los elementos de comunicación y la plataforma ZBE estén sometidos a un adecuado mantenimiento y explotación. Para ello se contratará un servicio integral de mantenimiento y explotación de la ZBE, que además de garantizar la operatividad técnica, incorpore un servicio de información y atención. El contrato tendrá una duración inicial de 3 años desde su firma con posibilidad de dos prórrogas anuales. ciudadana para facilitar la interacción de los/as usuarios/as con la plataforma.
