Description

La prestación no se divide en Lotes por aparcamientos porque la gestión en el día a día de todos los aparcamientos se hace de manera conjunta con apoyo a través de sistemas informáticos y de comunicación desde otro aparcamiento cuando alguna de estas dotaciones no está atendida de manera presencial. Además, debido a la cuantiosa y variada casuística de las instalaciones, se trata de protocolos que se rentabilizan reproduciéndolos a escala, por tanto, sería más gravoso no sólo para las empresas (debiendo considerar unos costes fijos superiores en el importe de licitación para atender esta circunstancia) sino también en la coordinación de RUASA con una mayor dedicación de medios humanos para el seguimiento ordinario de los contratos.
