El objeto del contrato que se licita consiste en la ejecución del servicio de vuelo fotogramétrico digital a color, con recubrimiento estereoscópico en el ámbito de la Comunidad Autónoma de Canarias, con un GSD medio del vuelo de 11 cm, con un recubrimiento estereoscópico del 80/40% para una superficie aproximada de 827.445,61Ha, y un recubrimiento estereoscópico del 80/65% para una superficie aproximada de 27.204,72Ha; que se encuentra definido en el pliego de prescripciones técnicas del presente procedimiento, y que se licita como lote único. La presente contratación se enmarca en la Orden Nº130/2026 de la Consejería de Política Territorial, Cohesión Territorial y Aguas del Gobierno de Canarias, con la que se concede a la empresa pública Cartográfica de Canarias, S.A. (GRAFCAN), una 'Aportación dineraria para producir y mantener la información geográfica básica de Canarias, durante el ejercicio 2026'.
