Description

El objeto del presente contrato es la prestación de los servicios necesarios para la organización y gestión de los eventos, así como el suministro de los materiales promocionales correspondientes, puesto que entre las principales funciones del INSST la promoción y la realización de actividades de formación, información, investigación, estudio y divulgación en materia de prevención de riesgos laborales, conforme a lo establecido en el artículo 8 de la Ley 31/1995, de Prevención de Riesgos Laborales. La empresa adjudicataria se encargará de recibir, asistir y orientar a las personas asistentes a los eventos durante el desarrollo de los mismos. Para ello, llevará a cabo el control y confirmación de asistencia a través del listado facilitado por el INSST, así como la entrega de credenciales y materiales promocionales. En el caso de que el evento así lo requiera, preparará una acreditación física y su soporte para cada participante. Así mismo, se responsabilizará de la asistencia en el escenario (suministrando agua, ajustando mobiliario, etc.) así como de la asistencia al público durante el turno de preguntas conforme a la dinámica de los eventos.
