La empresa adjudicataria realizará tareas propias del Santa Cruz Convention Bureau, entre ellas, captar eventos, congresos y viajes de incentivos; preparar y presentar candidaturas; gestionar solicitudes y bases de datos; planificar y participar en ferias; coordinar a las OPCs y agencias especializadas; y planificar y ejecutar las acciones de marketing, promoción y producción de material promocional.
