La prestación de un servicio de higienización de espacios habitados calificados como “insalubres” del municipio de Madrid, a efectos de evitar los riesgos que esta situación puede generar sobre la salud de los vecinos y residentes, así como sobre la salud pública, ya que estas situaciones pasan de una problemática individual a representar un problema de salud, tanto para residentes como para vecinos y, en general, un problema de salud comunitaria. Al efecto de este contrato se considerarán espacios habitados insalubres, los inmuebles, ya sean domicilios particulares u otras estancias habitadas legal o ilegalmente, así como el suelo urbano que presente asentamientos humanos y en general todo aquel espacio, edificado o no, que constituya la vivienda habitual o puntual de personas.
