El objeto del presente procedimiento es la ampliación de las funcionalidades de la plataforma ya utilizada de seguimiento multimodal ambulatoria y virtual que permite la monitorización, seguimiento y comunicación bidireccional entre paciente y profesionales encargados de su cuidado, estudio, monitorización y seguimiento individualizado y personalizado, a cargo de diferentes proyectos destinados al grupo de investigación Recerca en Ictus. LOTE 1: Proyecto PI20/01768 titulado “PREdicting RIsk in StroKe: individualized treatment for stroke patients with high-risk profiles: compliance, vascular risk factors, complications and functionality (PRERISK)”, financiado por el Instituto de Salud Carl; LOTE 2: Proyecto PI22/01928 titulado “NORA-HOME. Eficiencia y seguridad de un modelo de monitorización multimodal ambulatoria en pacientes con ictus minor y AITs”, financiado por el Instituto de Salud Carlos III (ISCIII) y cofinanciado por la Unión Europe; LOTE 3: Proyecto PI23/01680 titulado “PREDICTHOR: Predicción y mejora del resultado funcional en pacientes con ictus subagudo/crónico a través de telerehabilitación a domicilio basada en realidad virtual no invasiva”, financiado por el Instituto de Salud; LOTE 4: Proyecto PI20/01210 titulado “Validación diagnóstica y clínica de una pulsera inteligente para la detección de fibrilación auricular paroxística en pacientes con ictus criptogénico” financiado por el Instituto de Salud Carlos III (ISCIII) y cofina
