De forma general se entenderá por proceso de edición en su conjunto, a la manipulación, impresión, ensobrado de toda la actividad que objeto de la presente contratación tiene por destino la recepción de los archivos, su edición, proceso e impresión así como ensobrado y remisión para entrega a través del servicio postal de la facturación de los servicios públicos que gestiona ACOSOL y cualquier comunicación de la misma. De forma general se entenderá por servicios postales los trabajos consistentes en la recogida, admisión, clasificación, transporte y entrega en el domicilio de los destinatarios, de los envíos postales y de paquetería generados por ACOSOL; así como las actividades complementarias, adicionales o específicas que requieran los diferentes servicios, incluida la devolución de los envíos cuando no pueda efectuarse la entrega al destinatario.
