Description

La Excma. Diputación Provincial de Cádiz, sus organismos y entidades dependientes, así como Ayuntamientos menores de veinte mil habitantes, cuentan con una plataforma de correo electrónico fuera de soporte y por ello es preciso dotarla de un nuevo servicio de correo en la nube, además de incluir en este servicio un entorno de trabajo colaborativo. El servicio a contratar debe ofrecer un precio mensual/buzón para 2.500 licencias, contemplándose la posibilidad de su incremento hasta un máximo de 3.500 a lo largo de los cuatro años que dura el contrato, con el compromiso por parte de la empresa adjudicataria de mantener el mismo precio. Para el cálculo completo del contrato se incluye el soporte anual, la transformación del cambio con los usuarios de todas las entidades y la migración desde el sistema de correo actual
